Therapy Services

Therapy provides a supportive space to better understand challenges, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. At CRG, our therapists work with children, adolescents, adults, and families to develop personalized approaches that support emotional well-being and everyday functioning.

For some, therapy is a short-term support during a difficult time. For others, it may be part of a longer-term plan alongside assessment, medication, or educational services.

This group uses an affinity-based approach, incorporating interests in gaming, fandom, and narrative media (e.g., superheroes, fantasy, sci-fi, anime, and video games) as therapeutic tools to support emotional growth and social connection. It is designed for pre-teens, adolescents, and young adults, particularly those with anxiety, ASD, OCD, depression, or social difficulties. It integrates evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, narrative therapy, and social-emotional learning (SEL).
